Home is always my mom (first thought - no doubt), dad, my aunt, my uncle, my cousin (though aunt's family stay couple of streets away) and of-course my cousin's dog. All put together makes me home!!!I have been thinking different thoughts to express them here. However, finally ending up expressing my thoughts as above!!
If "Ok" is told to others, it means that "I acknowledged your statement" and it does not always mean, "What ever you said is correct"!!
If "Yes" is told, it means "I listen to you"!! And sometimes, "You are right"!!
There is always different way of telling "No"! It is not the word parse and bit of modulation built into it makes the listener happy of listening "No" !!!
Though some of us has similar or same views, the way of expressing them, won't be precisely the same. If the way of expressing itself can't be same, we cannot expect the views to the same always. Everybody has their own views.
Discussion happens in a team. We cannot expect team to discuss and take the discuss further in the away from what we thought!!! However, if anyone of the team member is embarrassed, diverting the topic is the responsibility of everyone in the team. Face reading continuously and if any one of the team members feel embarrassed, then definitely, the topic to be changed in the way which does not embarrass the speaker who embarrassed others as well!!
One's presence should not be felt as disturbance for others, rather absence can be felt as disturbance!!!
