There are two roles to be played to solve problems.

Getting deeper in to the problem - To understand the severity of the problem for arriving at the solution

Staying away from the problem - Viewing the problem from outside - To understand the mildness of the problem for arriving at the other solutions

One has to play dual role always to have solutions for any given problem
